Introducing Beginner/Intermediate Ballet Classes!
(60 Minute Workshops)
We focus on learning and developing the foundational concepts of ballet technique and artistry. The class includes barre work and center and often concludes with learning some fun choreography from a theatrical story ballet!
Ballet or jazz shoes are recommended, and a basic knowledge of ballet and any prior experience will be helpful, but absolutely not required.
All are welcome!
Workshops will be monthly. Private and Group classes will be available as the need presents itself and demand dictates.

Meet Your Instructor
Lillian Ortiz is currently a professionally trained and PBT-certified ballet instructor and choreographer with Cavod Performing Arts. Originally hailing from Lancaster County PA, Lillian received training under Marcia Dale Weary at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet before going on to fine-tune her skills through the Miami City Ballet School getting the opportunity to perform in numerous works by the renowned George Balanchine.
Lillian went on to work for Ballet Magnificat, a Christian ballet company based in Jackson, Mississippi which gave way to nine wonderful years touring, performing, and teaching ballet all over the United States and world including the countries of Austria, Brazil, Germany, Honduras, Italy, and South Africa to name a few of her favorites.
Today as a full-time ballet instructor at Cavod in New Holland and Manheim, with her strong integrity and passion for ballet, Lillian desires to preserve the art form's timeless classic technique and inspire students with her knowledge and experience, delighting to make it something that is accessible to all.
Locally, Lillian has also guest taught at organizations such as Servant Stage, Octorara Ballet, and Catalyst Dance Studio at Spooky Nook Sports LANCO and is now very excited to join forces with Piggy Hill Art Studio!
